Vila Antonija is the perfect place for those who want to spend their vacation in peaceful surroundings, and yet close to the sea and beautiful Istrian beaches. Our Villa with a pool is equipped with numerous interesting facilities that will make your vacation in Istria pleasant and unforgettable.
Our luxurious Villa is surrounded with a landscaped outdoor of 2.000 m2 and a children's playground, followed by an area of 250 m2 that provides enough space for a larger family or a group of friends. We arranged it with lots of love and attention, because we wanted to make our guests’ stay unforgettable. Our goal is to be available and at your disposal at all times, since a happy and content guest is our greatest reward.

Vila Antonija is located on the green hills of the village Ripenda, half way from the Old Town of Labin and the tourist settlement Rabac. The area is abundant with bicycle trails and trekking paths connecting Ripenda with all the surrounding villages. Therefore, there are three bicycles in the Villa at our guest’s disposal.
The Villa has four bedrooms and each room has its own private bathroom, air conditioning and a TV set. The rooms are all differently furnished, but form a unique whole with the rest of the interior. All appliances and utensils necessary to make guests feel at home can be found in our modern kitchen. Guests can spend their free time in our wellness area, and those looking for some peace and quiet can spend an evening reading books (that can be found in our house library) by the fireplace. The youngest most often opt for a game of billiards, darts, or table soccer.
